Processing Time:
All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). During peak seasons or high-volume periods, please allow additional handling time. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Discreet Packaging:
We ship all products in plain, unbranded packaging to ensure privacy and discretion. There are no logos or product descriptions on the outer box.

Shipping Methods & Times:

• Canada & Europe: 7–10 days
• Australia & Rest of World: 10–15 days

International Shipping:
We ship worldwide to most countries. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that the items you order are legal in your country or region. We do not assume liability for items seized or delayed by customs due to local import regulations.

Customs & Import Restrictions:
Some products, including certain types of poppy pods or seeds, may be restricted or prohibited in specific jurisdictions. We strongly recommend that you research your country’s laws before placing an order. If an item is returned due to customs rejection, we may offer a partial refund minus shipping costs (conditions apply).

That’s why we’ve developed a shipping process that protects your privacy, ensures safe delivery, and respects local laws and customs regulations.

We ship all orders in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to the contents, our store name, or any poppy-related terminology. Your privacy matters, so our return address is kept generic (e.g., “Shipping Dept” or “Fulfillment Center”) and cannot be traced back to your order’s origin.

All products are sealed in odor-blocking, moisture-resistant inner bags to ensure product freshness and containment during transit. In many cases—especially with international orders—we use vacuum sealing or double packaging to further protect your items and reduce the risk of tampering or delay.

We use discreet product labeling on customs forms, typically describing the contents as “natural decor,” “dried botanical,” or “floral supply.” However, if your order includes products that may be regulated or prohibited in your country or region, it is your responsibility to verify legality before purchase. We are not liable for packages delayed, seized, or returned by customs due to local laws.

To further support your peace of mind, we provide tracking numbers on all shipments, and you may choose to add signature confirmation for secure delivery. For eligible orders, we also offer a delivery guarantee in legally permitted zones.

Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee

Product Guarantee:
We stand by the quality and authenticity of all products sold on our website. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or significantly different item from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you’re not satisfied with your order for any valid reason, reach out to our support team. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue with either a replacement, store credit, or refund — depending on the circumstances and product condition.

Returns:
Due to the sensitive nature of botanical products, returns are not accepted on opened or used items. For unopened items, contact us within 7 days of receipt to request a return authorization. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the error is on our part.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
If your package is lost in transit or delayed beyond expected delivery times, we will assist in tracking and resolution. In cases where packages are confirmed lost by the courier, we will issue a full refund or replacement.
