Refund and Returns Policy

At buypoppypods.com, we are committed to your satisfaction. We understand the nature of the products we offer requires a clear and fair policy for refunds and returns. Please read the following carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of our botanical products, we are only able to accept returns under the following conditions:

• Unopened, unused, and sealed items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• To be eligible, the item must be in original condition and packaged securely for return.
• Opened, used, or damaged items cannot be returned due to health and safety standards.

To initiate a return, contact us at sale@buypoppypods.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond with return instructions and a return authorization (if applicable).

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged in transit).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Incorrect item received
• Items damaged during shipping
• Lost packages confirmed by the courier
• Items seized or rejected by customs due to a shipping error on our part

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

• The customer places an order for a product restricted in their country or region
• A package is rejected by customs due to local regulations (please check your local laws before purchasing)
• The customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
• Delivery delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or weather events

In the event of a customs return or seizure, we may offer a partial refund (product cost only, minus shipping), depending on the situation.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return (if eligible), and place a new order separately.
